"...for pleasure has no relish unless we share it."
- Virgina Woolf
Our passion for food and entrepreneurship led us to launch Relish Food Project. We have over a decade of food start-up experience, with expertise in every aspect of the business – sales, marketing, finance, operations, management, human resources, capital-raising – you name it, we have done it. Through this, we have a deep understanding of how all aspects of a food business work together, where they often conflict, and how to track key metrics to reach goals. We are proud to be a part of today’s food movement and are excited by the rise in the number of natural and specialty food entrepreneurs. It's an exciting time as food advocates and artisans challenge the status quo. We want to help these companies grow and thrive and be a force for change. Relish Food Project proudly incorporated in January 2014 as a Benefit Corporation in NY State.

Amy Fang, consultant at Relish Food Project, spent over seven years in Investment Banking and Capital Markets before realizing her true passion for the culinary world. While working in a corporate finance job at J.Crew, Amy enrolled at the International Culinary Center (formerly French Culinary Institute) to learn French pastry techniques and to satisfy her hobby of baking at home. Realizing the physical demands of working in a kitchen, Amy decided to instead draw upon her professional experience in finance and support food entrepreneurs. Amy earned a dual degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She now resides in Manhattan with her husband and toddler twins.
